This company turned up on my doorstep in July 2026 and I felt forced to sign up for something I did NOT want in the first place. I told the sales person (who wouldn't leave and tried to use scare tactics to sell their services) that I didn't want it, my husband was away with work and I had two children at home, this was also supper time and I really didn't have the time or need for this service. In the end, I begrudgingly paid them for a month for an initial service, under the agreement it could be cancelled at any time without further charge. The application did not work for the pests by the way, it was no different at all. I called to cancel the service and received an email to tell me that was processed and there would be no further charges. Ever since that first visit, I've been bombarded with phone calls, texts, emails and AI spam asking me to pay money for a service I never received. I've told them over and over I will not be paying them another cent but they continue day after day to harass me by any means available to them. If they show at the door, I can't emphasize enough not to deal with them, send them away immediately. SERVICE - DIDN'T WORK! STAFF - HIGH-PRESSURE & COERCIVE SALES STAFF & NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE CANCELLATION - DON'T EVEN TRY!

I called insight pest to get one treatment for roof rats and carpenter ants. The guy I spoke to said he could do that and if it didn't work that they would pay me my $208 back. Instead they did a re-application. Now they are saying they signed me up for quarterly and I owe ANOTHER $208 and I've called 5 times and they keep NOT cancelling the service. I'm so so sick of the phone calls, emails, texts by AI saying they want more money. They don't have my signature for a contract and they won't cancel and stop harassing me!!! WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

En plus, ils se font fait passer pour mon mari ( je ne suis même pas marié) pour annuler le contrat avec mon autre compagnie d’avant. Ne prenez jamais leur service.

The rating would not accept a zero rating. This company seems incapable to manage their business. They prefer to schedule services that are not requested or authorized. Billings are charged to a CC even though we have sought to terminate the relationship. We now have to report the fraudulent charges to the bank/VISA and try to extricate ourselves from this nonsense. Buyer beware. We will report to other agencies.

À lire attentivement avant de signer un contrat : un jeune représentant en porte à porte m'a proposer des service de gestion parasitaire. remarquant un problème de fourmis sur mon terrain j'ai accepté un traitement à cet effet d'un cout avoisinant 280$. le représentant m'a fait signer sur une petite tablette en me confirmant qu'une équipe allais passer ce qui a été effectivement le cas. Cependant, j'ai par la suite à la fin de l'été reçu un message qu'un 2e traitement serait effectué. N'ayant jamais reçu de contrat électronique ou papier, j'ai demandé à parler à un représentant car je n'avais pas connaissance que plusieurs services étaient inclus à ce prix. une personne m'a contacté et m'a informé que j'avais une entente de 2 ans au cout annuel de 1 200$ pour divers traitement dont je n'ai absolument pas de besoin. Des frais sont exigés pour annuler le contrat (évidemment). je vous avise par principe de faire très attention si un de leur représentant se présente à votre domicile et d'être vigilant à prendre le temps de lire le contrat en son ensemble et à ne pas uniquement se fier à ses dires.

This is a terrible service. They are unreliable, impossible to cancel and horrifyingly annoying. Do not deal with them ever. Trust me.

L'entreprise filtre ses appels avec des systèmes de robots automatisés et refuse systématiquement de répondre aux demandes d'explication d'un client insatisfait.Harcèlement de paiement vs Ignorance du service : Alors que l'entreprise ignore volontairement les plaintes et les courriels de son client, elle bombarde ce dernier de messages automatisés agressifs et incessants dès qu'il s'agit de réclamer ou de confirmer un paiement.

Très mauvais service. Produit inefficace et quand on demande de repasser il ne le font pas. Il ne respecte même pas leur propre clause de contrat.
