I don't recommend this service. They get you on a contact and don't show up when it's convenient for you, only when it works for their schedule. I cancelled my services and has to pay an early cancellation fee which was equal to a 3 month service. This company is awful to deal with because you can never get a human voice to speak to, it's all AI generated and very frustrating.

Service - please define it for me. We are born with two ears and one mouth. Listen to needs, repeat them to customers to validate we are on the same page, then recommend service package too fit their requirements. I get a brochure left in my newspaper bin advertising pest controls. I advise that I have an ant and wasp problem, but they want to service my property in January and March and technician assigned is either not provided with details or doesn’t wish to read. This simply adds “no value” to mess a consumer. When I ask for my concerns to be addressed by leadership . “Crickets” Not responsible . Not accountable. - and they wonder why, customers leave……,

My husband contacted Insight, because of a noise he could hear in the ceiling of his workspace. The Insight specialist thought it might be wasps so he put a substance in through the attic to kill the pests. The noise persisted so after a week, we requested another specialist to come and access. He did a second treatment for wasps. After a week, we called again and another specialist came out and asked if we would be willing to make a small hole with a drill in the ceiling so that he could spray directly into the ceiling. He indicated this was the most surefire way to ensure the pests would die. He indicated if we requested another specialist to come out it would not be free of charge. It was hugely inconvenient to arrange work schedules to be available for three visits and to be told since the problem was not fixed the first, second and third time, we would be charged again in addition to having to make a hole in the ceiling. The customer service was fast when they were trying to arrange service, but very slow on responses to the problem persisting.

Was concerned about carpenter ants primarily, which is the only reason I paid for an expensive service like this. After having 1 year’s treatment and asking for callback on at least one occasion, the problem today is worse than when I started. One technician advised me to use over the counter treatment when the weather was too wet for them to spray. Even with my additional treatments, my patios and front lawn are infested.

After signing on, we decided that we didn't want pest control. Cancelled the same evening as we signed on. Spoke with Abigail in the Burlington Ontario office the next day, and the contract was cancelled, and I received an email confirming. That same evening, the sales rep showed up at our door about 8:30 p.m., wanting to confront us. Told him we cancelled thank you, and shut the door. This is very unprofessional behaviour, aggressive and possibly even harassment.

Very complicated company to work with Too many exterminator companies around but this one has been the worse. Don’t you ever sign any contracts with this company. Very disappointed !!

The first time in May they came out was great. Seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Problem was, they never came back. Sent me a text saying they were coming on August 19 2023. No one came that day, so I waited a week and then cancelled service. They wanted a $208.00 cancellation fee, I said no, they phoned back and offered a $100.00 cancellation fee and I said no. I explained they broke the contract, not me. They dropped cancellation fee.

Initial visit by tech was positive but when I called to schedule the 3 week follow up visit the queue was so long that I left a message but nobody got back to me. I tried calling again the next day and left another message. I also tried to get someone on the phone and after being told that the wait is 'only' 11 minutes I decided to wait in line. Thirty minutes later I'm still waiting and the queue doesn't seem to be going down very fast.
