Agree - it's a scam. Beware of the OBLIGATORY 4 Stage service. There is a $200 + tax cancellation fee. I was told that I can opt out at any time. I continue to have spiders, ants, earwigs.

We called for a second spray lots of ants T and other things and the technician Moe was great, friendly, and did a great job. Thanks Moe hope they send you next treatment (three months)

Sung came over a few weeks ago and gave our first seasonal application around the perimeter of our home, as well as spider removal and pantry moth analysis. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! He assured us a second treatment would be provided in 2 weeks if necessary, which does seem to be the case, so I left a message to arrange for a time. I signed up for an annual pest control program with Insight which includes 4 visits/applications in a year. Today was the second visit. I first received an email regarding the date to expect a visit from a technician. Then on the date, Braden J, the technician, showed up with a smile at my door. After asking a few questions about any issues that we have so far, he explained the process of the application for today to address those issues and beyond. He thoroughly checked around the house and applied a combination of products. After he was done he explained what he did and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the results so far and recommend this company.
