We initially hired Insight to help us with black/carpenter ants. During the treatment, the technician, Kale Syverson, noticed several wasp nests, which he immediately took care of for us. We are now waiting to see how well the ant treatment works. Thank you Kale!

I just had our first treatment today. Two very polite young gentlemen, Kale Syverson and Dreyden Endicott performed the work. They explained the process before and let me know when all was done. Now it is a waiting game to see if the treatment has been effective.

I work for a Property Management company. We have communities of over 300 units, and we trust Insight. We had used other popular companies in our areas and had some pest issues. Since we started with Insights preventative care we have had no issues. We highly recommend. The staff is professional, reliable, friendly, and great when speaking to our residents.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. STAY AWAY! They run promotional discounts at a monthly rate but only service quarterly. And they send kids to service your house and they STRAIGHT UP DONT DO THE WORK! And they lie to your face about it. No results. No customer service. Good luck getting any kind of resolution from this company. It's a shame they are allowed to be in business with a reputation like this.

Ever since I started using their service, I have noticed a significant increase in spider webs around my house and a concerning influx of spiders and other bugs inside. This is unusual as I have lived in this house for seven years without any such problems. Their service has not delivered the promised results. Multiple times, their technicians have neglected to go to the back of my property as our side gate was closed. However, they could have easily knocked on our front door as my wife was always home. They never even bothered to check and see if we needed new traps inside the home. Despite charging a $60 monthly fee, their service is far from satisfactory. I only used them for a year because I signed a contract stating that they would not charge me the initial $300+ if I stayed for a year. However, it would have been more cost-effective to pay the fee and cancel my services. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the low-quality service provided by this company. They are overcharging customers for a service that does not meet expectations.

Representatives are professional yet very friendly and pleasant to talk to. They do their job well and they seem to care about what they are doing. Wade came today and was excellent. An employee to thank and keep.
