Insight Pest SolutionsReviews of insightpest.com

Very misleading company...DO NOT USE! A young man showed up at our door selling pest control for Insight. Seemed knowledgeable. Agreed to have them come back in 1 week to spray and signed the tablet to do so. Showed in a week, did spray our home and we payed for the treatment at the discounted cost of $99 at that time. Later an email revealed we had actually signed up for 12 months at $39/mo. contract for services. This was not explained during the tutorial of their services. Now we are stuck trying to get out of this so called "contract" or paying $500 for services we did not intend to have.

Johnathan HOU arrived in a heavy rain downpour. He was efficent and asked for input regarding the pest problems that we were having. He refilled the traps and added an additional one. Although our next visit from the company was not scheduled until Nov. Johnathan arrived after I had made contact with the company. The company responded quickly without any concerns. Very satisified with this company so far.
