Beware of their sales guys walking door to door selling this service. They make it sound like it is a one time fee per year but it is billed 4 times a year. worse than that they did nothing to help my pest issues. Do not hire them

Kale Syverson came Friday for the second seasonal visit to my home. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any issues to relay. I suggested I had seen rodent activity on the NE side of the house. He quickly and efficiently cleared away the spider webs and relocated the recharged trap.

Fall visit from Insight Pest Solutions, technician Eli was polite and seemed to know what to do. Read his report, and checked outside and couldn't find the copper mesh mentioned in his written report.

Insight pest solutions Came to my house back in August to try and get rid of gnats flies in the mosquitoes over the summer. Well they did one 30 minute treatment inside and outside two vehicles were in my driveway for 30 minutes they gave me a rodent rat box to put outside om the side of the house because I asked for one. Well, after two weeks, we noticed that the flies and gnats in the mosquitoes. They seem like they got a little more aggressive. Maybe something was in the solution that they were spraying attracted more than ever I asked them to come back out and give us another treatment after that two weeks duration time. And no one came out so I decided to cancel the service and then I’m hit with a $433.61 cancellation fee for this 30 minutes worth of work they said as outlined but no one gave me any literature. I called them on the phone and they came to my house and they had me sign a bunch of stuff and then they performed the work for $433.61 for a rodent box, and 30 minutes worth of pest control solution service now did you guys think that was worth it? I may have dropped the ball they’re saying I didn’t read the contract but no one gave me any contract to read like I said I called them online and they came to my house and the guy had an iPad and he had me sign it for the work he was going to be doing , don’t give them your bank card that’s how they stay in business 1 million customers 1 million bank cards it take S sadistic 1 million people like me that’s how they stay in business. Be careful.

Total Scam! Do not use these folks unless you want to overpay for services that you could get at a fraction of the price by a local company. They charged me a fee of $349 when i backed out of the annual package because they told me i had mice which turned out not to be true. They were there one time for 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor and shop around before signing anything with this company.

PLEASE READ. I'M SORRY THIS IS LONG. I live in Lexington, KY. We signed on with Insight Pest Solutions and started service July 2023: mosquito treatment and pest control (inside and outside). We got a discount and were told we could cancel any time. The salesman said that they would be able to send someone to re-treat within 48 hours if the product wasn't satisfactory. They GUARANTEED pest control. Bottom line is that the product didn't work, we had more bugs in our house and more mosquitoes outside than ever, and the company didn't live up to their promise of timely pest control! I called for re-treatments every month and in August and September, they said that they could not send someone for another two weeks! My poor kiddos had bug bites on their arms and legs for weeks. I just stopped letting them play outside. I also had to go to home depot and get bug spray for the inside and outside of the house on my own. I called to cancel at the beginning of September and they said that I could speak to the local manager. I did that and he said that the company is based in Cincinnati and they don't come down here too often. What? He also said that he would look into the product and its contents and follow up with me. He never did that. I cancelled my service on September 5th. They charged me with a $212 promotional discount fee, $100 termination fee, $1.83 finance charge, and $130.75 collection fee! There is another review on this site that states that Insight waived their fees. I brought this up and they claimed ignorance and didn't care. This is a rip off. The only way this company is staying open is to charge people for cancelling. I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with their "senior manager" and she didn't care about my reports of the lack of service, timely care, or quality of the product. She said "they try their best". I'm in the healthcare industry. If I told patients that I can't help them for two weeks, I would probably get fired. She said that this is a "different industry". WOW! PLEASE DO NOT SIGN ON WITH INSIGHT. At the end of the day, you would be saving more money with other companies who actually care about their customers.

Andrew was a superstar. Took the time and care to fully assess and address my rodent and insect situation.
