Didn't live up to promises and then there was a cancellation charge over $200. Would not do business with them again.

When i was started in this company at pest technician in edmonton i was thought they have easy process of work but it's not. You are working like a robot with a timer every job services. Management are keep on updating the procedures everytime. I think management are all new to this kind of nature of work they just deliver what knowledge they recieved from office to address to the technicians. So confusing everytime they keep on updating while technicians are running for their time everyday to finished all the task. Branch managers keep on adding jobs to your apps without informing if still can do or not. Lot's of technicians quits their job in their 2-3months of operation in alberta because of poor management and difficult work of nature. Not recommended this company for new technicians. And also not recommended this service to customers! Worst service! worst company! worst management people specially in lethbridge!

Terrible company. They make false promises and misleading explanations with their contracts which you then cannot cancel without paying cancellation fees. Would never recommend.

We received a fairly good price from the sales person who promised us our price would never ever increase. Fast forward a year and they wanted to TRIPLE our price. We said no. They then sent someone out to spray the yard etc and then sent us a bill ..after we said NO MORE SERVICES. We ended up giving a cheque for that one service (which ended up being $166, it's noted in the email that the tech received the cheque) and now we are being threatened with court if we don't pay. We've sent screen shots of the tech recorded he received the cheque and still we received threats. Do NOT use this company. We've never dealt with a more scammy company. My goodness stay away. We later received a call from a gentleman who wanted to make things right so that we would take our review down. He promised he would speak to all involves so that just didn't happen in the future. He promised that they would not cash our cheque. Fast forward a month... And they cash the check. STAY AWAY!!

Nous avons eu la visite de Julio A. aujourd'hui et nous avons reçu un excellent service de sa part. Il est très respectueux, avenant, attentionné, sérieux et il a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions. Il a même pris le temps d'aller boucher un trou sur un de nos murs de la maison afin d'empêcher des rongeurs de rentrer dans notre grenier. Très satisfaite du travail qu'il a fait!

I was told when I signed up I could cancel anytime. After 2 quarterly treatments I decided the service was not worth the price. I was told there would be a cancelation charge. Although it seems you can cancel anytime, I feel ripped off by being charged to do so and now will not use them ever again nor will I recommend them to my friends. I would add everyone I dealt with was polite and professional but this company policy ruins all their hard work.

Never recommend this company to anyone. Pest issues have become worse since I switched from able pest control to insight solutions. They sent a confirmation text for appointment December 22 and no one showed up, upon calling again, they say ohhh you were booked for the 29th. Speaking to a manager takes 48 hours. Worst company. Don’t go with them.

Very complicated company to work with Too many exterminator companies around but this one has been the worse. Don’t you ever sign any contracts with this company. Very disappointed !!
