Insight Pest SolutionsReviews of insightpest.com

We hired Insight to rid us of sugar ants. We have had them here repeatedly in the last 9 months and they have been completely unsuccessful. They sprayed the house a month ago and we had to leave our house for the day. We then left for a month and now we are back and sooooo are the ants. We are very very unsatisfied.

Hi, I just want to say thank you to Jonathan! I just talk to him asking for an advise for how to deal with grubs. And he was very willing to help - explained to me that my main purpose is to have as healthiest lawn as possible, not to cut the lawn too short , apply some fertilizer and some kind of "Grub b gon". Definitely would love to have him doing the service for me. Boris Abbotsford, BC

Our experience with Insight Pest Control Burlington has been very good. Our Technician Florian is very knowledgeable, courteous and a hard worker. He always arrives on time and thoroughly explains what he will accomplish each visit. He usually remembers the trouble spots that need extra attention and works quickly and efficiently to address any concerns. This is excellent customer service.

The products this company uses can be bought over the counter online, Diatomaceous earth and OnGuard ProPerm are things you can buy for very cheap on the internet. The contracts are meant to confuse people into signing for a year long contract for a service they would never need. Nothing this company does can't be done with a single trip to a home hardware store, for much cheaper. Even the rodenticides are over the counter. Stay very far away

I am horrified by the level of service provided by this company. We were contacted at our house and they offered to spray our property for pests as they were working with our neighbours. They were unclear about the duration of services offered. We believed we were signing on for a one time problem with some ants we had. Once we were signed up we were trapped. The second time they visited which we were not told when they were coming they were watch by a witness that saw they didn’t even spray when they said they would. I reached out to another pest solution company and asked them about the services we receiving (leaving this company’s name out of it, and was told they don’t even over services like they roped us into as they are I effectual. When I reached out to Insight Pest Solution to try and find out about cancelling they offered me no remediation except I could pay them an additional $100 to stop coming or be forced to pay them more money for the next two visits they had planned. I’m distressed an disappointed that this company can take advantage of people to this extent. They remind me of the mob… you pay one way or the other. Please do not use this company!

I’ve Benny coming to my house to conduct regular checkup today (February 21, 2024). He provides excellent customer service and gives out good advice. Love to have Benny coming again in the next visit.
