Beware. Replacement battery prices are over $600. Not returnable or refundable, but not told when purchasing. Found on Amazon for $280. I have G4, love the unit, purchased the lifetime warranty and have used it. Currently, a very unhappy customer.

The company was very helpful in contacting the doctor and getting getting my mother prescription. It only took a few minutes to order . We did have to pay for our unit but with that being said it was the best decision yet. My mother can walk around freely without feeling like she has to stop every couple seconds to catch her breath . The unit is very light she able to carry it with her we have no problems . You will not be disappointed I'm your purchase if anything you may say why did I not do this sooner.

Had some shipping issues, but customer service got it all resolved. The machine has been working fabulously ordered the backpack that should come with the unit, but you guys were nice enough to swap us out a charger for the backpack and we greatly appreciated customer service for that.

I own 2 Inogen portable units. A one 04 and a Rove 6. Both from Inogen direct.. Purchasing was a good Experience. Products are good. Service was fine until recently. Now it is non-exsistant. Resellers may offer real service. Inogen direct currently has NO service. Do not take phone calls, do not return phone calls and unable to leave Messages Very disturbing.
