I appreciate the quick service. Unfortunately the first equipment did not work & there was a lot of confusion sending equipment back but finally got everything delivered back to the company except what I was supposed to have. I am pleased with the way the equipment works and the people involved getting it all straightened out.

I received my inogen equipment a few days ago. I've been trying to call customer care AND Customer Service since lunch time. I've been put on hold for unacceptable times at both numbers. First call to customer care 5 mins no answer, 2nd 28+ minutes no answer, tried the number on which they first contacted me, on hold 10 mins no answer. Called official site, they answered but NO help, promptly told me they were 'sales only'! The floor unit is noisier than my Toyota Tacoma would be if it was in my bedroom. Unusable for me. Portable okay but heavy for me. My rental covered by insurance but Inogen's first rep told me I had to get both the floor unit and the Portable. It's now 3:35 pm and I'm about to call my insurance to verify that and report their non response. SJT in AL

It's really heavy and loud.

I can’t get Customer Service to answer the phone. I’ve called three times on three different days and been on hold for nearly 30 minutes each time before giving up. I need to get some information for reimbursement from my insurance company and I can’t get any response.

My Inogen allows me to go out more often and enjoy friends and family. I can go shopping when I need to. I even go out to eat. Also, I don't have to drag those tanks around which are heavy and more complicated to use.

This has made my life so much easier. I am able to move about so much easier. I am not tied down to a machine in the house. Purchased two batteries, a long and short one as well as a battery charger. I have no concerns or worries that I’m going to run out of oxygen! Recently went on vacation to an island and experienced no issues whatsoever. Am very grateful and satisfied.
