Unhappy with product we have purchased two unit at different…
We have purchased two unit at different times. One unit will produce oxygen but will not charge the batteries, the other will not produce oxygen but will charge the batteries. We have been getting along but it is a bother.

It's much better than you think. I wish I had one much sooner.r
I Rated my G5 with 5 stars. I have 3 contiuous concentrators and 2 tanks. It seems to me like I get a better breathing routine and doses when using the Inogen g5. It's so much quieter than the concentrators. Plus, I not lugging aroung 25 ft of hose with me throughout my living area. I wish that I could have 2. One being the Rove 6 just for inside and the G5 for oustside. But, I can't afford it being on my plan they don't cover these units under hospice.

I absolutely love my Inogen!!
I had another portable oxygen concentrator and it was heavy and made my neck hurt. My Inogen is smaller and much lighter!! No pain!! I go everywhere with it and I absolutely love it!!

easy to work with
I dealt with the same sales rep.(Sebastian) all through the transaction. He gave me his direct dial # which was very helpful when I needed to speak with him. All went well and I'm happy with the POC Inogen 6.

Inogen carrying case is a plus. Lighter weight would be a big help.
Inogen carrying case is well designed. Inogen oxygen supply is adjustable for individual use. The only thing that could be improved upon is lighter weight would be great.
