InogenReviews of inogen.com

The Inogen is fantastic and the staff is excellent. They are very helpful.

I bought this to take on trips. It has a battery back up.

Portable G5 works well. My Doctors office and Inogen made the process of procuring approval from Medicare seamless. Inogen reps, from application thru delivery and orientation were very professional and personable. And help desk was readily available to answer all my questions. The Inogen G5 and the non Inogen home unit Inogen sent me have worked without any problems. A couple of upgrades that I would like to see for the G5 are the following: Give the G5 a continuous flow feature so you can use a oxygen mask. And work with Medicare to make the extended battery part of the original Medicare package. A must for traveling and site seeing. It's a pain to have to interrupt vacation activities to charge the small battery.

It has made my life so much better. I can go places again. I'm very happy now.

Caitlin, The representative was Very helpful She knew that I needed in a hurry.

Had a little problem when machine first came with battery not charging but was resolved quickly. Little heavier than I thought but not so bad I can’t handle it. Great for walking places. Not so great if I’m having to clean house or do my volunteer work. Haven’t had it long and am sure I’ll work the kinks out

RELIABLE AND EASY TO USE. THEE THREE BATTERIES ARE VERY HANDY

I love the portability of my INOGEN. It makes life so much easier. I do not like its weight. It gets extremely heavier the longer one carries it; either by hand or on a shoulder. The weight is exhausting. The lighter ones are too expensive for those of us who are disabled with an extremely limited budget. Also, the batteries are insanely expensive. Then add the cost of having to replace the columns periodically as well. I’m at the point where I use it on a limited basis so I do not have to replace the columns as frequently.
