We have been using the Inogen unit from the time it arrived. We using the unit to immediately charge the batteries and alternating oxygen services between the Inogen and electric consentrator in the house. We used the Inogen on our fall mini-vacation, using the car charging system to keep the batteries charged while traveling. Inogen has made my life much easier, totally.

i unfortunately dropped my inogen and it broke . i called and recieved a replacement the following day.WOW WHAT LIFE SAVING SERVICE

Since I was unaware that the medical office was assigning me oxygen in and out of house-the adjustment has been somewhat confusing and perhaps difficult. The device works fine-as long as I avoid pushing a wrong button. It seems to supply a steady stream of oxygen through my nose nicely. My only issue has been the weight and the limited padding/performance of the carrying strap. I have only been using the machine for a few weeks, but I do think it is aiding my recovery/life.

Inogen rep was easy to talk with and very well versed in the products. They can check insurance and your Dr for you and answer any of your concerns and help you pick the right unit for your needs. After I got my Inogen, a rep called and went thru instructions on its use and maintenance needs and answered my questions. It has made a great difference in what I can physically do without being out of breath so easily. I consider it a life changing machine!

Not only did I have the most experience and knowledgeable representatives, I had the best representatives to help me! I was very pleased with my experience buying my inogen.

And a lot louder than I thought and it puts off a lot of heat. It did not come with the case like it shows. I’ve tried ordering that case through Amazon two times and they send something totally different but it’s better than a tank.

The wt is 5.2 pounds with the battery installed without the battery is 3.2 pounds. It’s still too heavy to carry around on your shoulder all day. I don’t use it as much because of the weight.

I am so disappointed in this machine. I paid around $4000 from my own pocket.....first I received it and had to replace the cylinders, no biggie, then there was a recall and the whole machine had to be replaced. That is okay because you hope then it will work with no problems. Was sent a replacement within 2 days-which is nice but it only worked if it was plugged up to the charger, which is a bit inconvenient. So I called and they sent a replacement within a few days. Still doesn't work without being plugged into the charger either the wall or car charger. Seriously???Also, the app is not finding it on my phone and I have excellent Wifi and Bluetooth connection. I just don't understand why the issues now. I paid a lot of money from my own pocket in hopes that it would be a reliable machine. I really liked it when I first got it, then started having problems. Buyers remorse? This is a Rove 6.
