Ida, the Inogen technician was very helpful in getting the proper oxygen concentrator for my wife. She was in constantant contact with the doctor and made sure that we got the right product for our needs. We don't have to carry the big bulky tanks anymore

I use 2 liters oxygen. I can barely feel it coming into my nostril. Is that normal?

I needed to return an oxygen…
I needed to return an oxygen concentrator and it took me 3+ months and 9 agents to get the correct paper work to return it. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Run as fast as you can to a different oxygen supplier. Wrong forms/phone calls not returned/promises not kept. I honestly think they drug the process out so they could continue to bill my insurance
