I like the weight of the machine, however the beeping every few minutes drives me crazy. It is very annoying to others around me. I have called customer service twice already and they tell me that's normal.

Ordered replacement colums. Came without dust caps. Replacements were sent. This happened 2 times. Need to improve quality check prior to shipping and/or improve dust cap retaining method.

My Imogene portable is my life line away from home. I am a little disappointed in the battery life; my setting on the device is at 2, and the small battery starts to deteriorate after about 1.5 hours.

BUYER BEWARE - this company has deceitful sales reps that take advantage of the sick and elderly. A female Sales Rep named Jamie convinced my 88 yr old father with severe COPD to pay full retail price for a portable Oxygen Concentrator ($4,215). She lied and stated that insurance would not cover their Rove 6 concentrator. This was an absolute lie. It is clear that her motivation was to maximize her sales number at my father’s expense. Several calls made to customer service, the Sales Rep with requests for Manager callbacks. No callbacks and no effort to correct this vile action. Horrible behavior!

I received my I not in portable concentrator quickly. Instructions easy to follow for charging I was trying yo maneuver tge house with hose connected to large concentrator. I was trying yo get my house ready for family to come over for Christmas and found bit much more convenient to use the inogen I could go up and down stairs and around house safer and with more energy with my oxygen level up

Everyone I spoke with at Inogen was so very helpful. I love being able to go to the store and actually walk around without struggling to breath.

My husband has been using the Inogen 5 for approximately 38 days and is very pleased with it. He can now do the grocery shopping (something he did in the past,) visit friends without checking the level remainding on the old tanks and vacation again. Our first long trip from home will be flying to Florida and we're excited to do that again. Sure we could drive, but who wants to spend over 15 hours in a car. The cost of the extended battery and the external battery charger is NOT inexpensive. He thinks that price should come down, but he has been very pleased with this unit!
