Does everything the manufacturer claims, easy battery recharge system. only negative is the carrying case is very hard to use and could be made slightly larger to ease this concern.

The original sale and service was great, and the support was good. The only real problem we have ever had was when we purchased the backpack and determined that it would not do what we needed it to do. We were unable (not allowed) to return it because of their policy on "accessories.".

My Inogen One G4 growls like a bear. Cannot take it to church or a meeting because I'm afraid it's loud enough to be distracting. I have called Support but was told that if there was no code on the display there was nothing they could do. I was led to believe this was a quiet unit. Mine is not.

The weight of the unit is so much easier for me compared to an oxygen tank. I have back issues and arthritis so this is much better for me. Also service is great when needed. Quick response.

You have some of the quickest service ever! There is a bit of confusion with the telephone people when it comes to ordering parts for the machine. I have called 2x's to get a humidifier line for the floor unit and have yet to receive the proper part! They need a schematic blow up of the machine with the parts shown in position. Easy enough for your design people to create.

i realize that this is a company an need to make a profit, I currently have inogen as my oxygen suoplier an like it so well that I was recommending it to everyone, but unforunetly when I discovered that your no longer offering 2 battery one is not a option when your on level three for oxygen 3 hours is like a spiff its gone so that means you have no oxygen as sometime you do not have the option of being near electric to recharge but if you are you have to stay where your at until you get it charged at least half way but in that case they might as well stay with the other one. I have had great luck with mine but I guess its due to being on it a bit loner. Such a shame that I will not be able toi give a recommendation for someone to choose this company, As the techs are super

Love this product. It is very portable and easy to use. Highly recommend.
