InogenReviews of inogen.com

It is much better than running around with O2 tanks all the time. It lets me go places that I could not go before. I would love to get the new one that only weighs 2.7 #s but beggars cannot be choosers. This is from Gary Sauvinet, I am just giving you his words!!!

Love my machine best money I have ever spent

I’ve been a customer of Inogen was many years. Unfortunately, the service has gotten sketchier over the years. I used to call Customer Service, talk to a representative immediately, and receive a new Condenser overnight; now I call, listen to recorded messages (half of which direct me to a wrong department) and when I finally speak to a human, it takes 5-7 days to receive replacement equipment. In the most recent episode, I received two replacement units that did not work, or were not reconditioned, but were dirty. Finally, after speaking with numerous people I was sent an Inogen condenser which works very well.

Quick, efficient replacement of oxygen concentrator....though limited flexibility by UPS on delivery time. Disappointed that concentrator does not show the percent oxygen that is actually delivered.

Easy to work with.

MY INOGEN ALLOWS ME TO GO PLACES THAT I COULDN'T GO TO BEFORE

Dependable, lightweight- just keep thise batteries charged!

That little sucker sure comes in handy when I over do whatever! I don’t need it most of the times, but I like to know it’s there if I need it.!
