I have had mostly good experiences with Inogen. They are very good about sending supplies when needed. The only problem I’ve had was when they kept trying to bill me for a returned unit. After a few phone calls the error was straightened out.

This was bought for my mother. She loves the freedom it gives her when going out. Just about everytime we go out someone walks up and wants to know all about the unit. They ask about size, batteries life and many other things. We always tell them to call and that we are sure there would be a plan to fit their needs.

It's a great little unit , but I've had to get a new one quite often, this one I have now has lasted longer than any of the others. I travel with it and it's awesome but it's all I have when traveling and hate to have it fault when I'm on board a ship! That's my only complaint,

I own an Inogen 3 and have had no problems with it. I do wish that the hose port was vertical instead of horizontal. Great unit, great service, very nice representative on the phone thank you for such a great dependable medical aid. Kudos to you
