I greatly appreciate Inogen One as it is a convenient way to transport oxygen; it is by far, one hundred percent superior to the previous method I was using. It would be advantageous to be able to change batteries on the G4 model without removing it from the bag. The bag fits well but it is a struggle to get it on. The G3 model is so much easier to use, but it of course weighs more, and that is why I bought the G4.

My unit had some mechanical problems at first. Inogen handled the problem immediately by replacing my unit. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone who needs oxygen.

batteries dont stay charged for the full time

My experience with Inogen has been very positive. Unlike some other companies I have dealt with, anytime I’ve had a problem or need to order parts or accessories the service folks have been very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I’m very pleased with them and my Inogen unit.
