I love my Imogene, my only problem. It stopped working and I was without oxygen. Ended up in the hospital for four days. You did replace the unit. About a week or so later I noticed the large battery was very hot, making my unit hot. You then replaced the large battery. Last month you replaced two small batteries, they were not holding a charge as long as they should. All is well now, it’s working perfectly. Thank you for your service

Good people to work with as you make the difficult decision on this big purchase. They answer any and all questions. The Inogen 3 is very portable. It works well as you walk around, but leaves something to be desired as you work and move around.

This Inogen has literally given me my freedom back. I have an extremely difficult time breathing during humid weather. I was able to leave my house during the humid weather with my concentrator. Well worth the pruce.

I cannot use a walker and pull an oxygen bottle. This helps me be a little more mobile.

I love Inogen. Been with you for many years. Have a problem with your billing department. They asked for the return of an inogen 3 that I had already returned or 1800 euros which I explained was hard to find in Arizona. Upon checking they said my account was zero and just ignore that invoice. That was August 2018. In Sept. 2018 they sent another bill for $1800 or the Inogen 3. Got another one in October, same thing. Same answer. In November they called me on the telephone. I await our next communication in December!
