Seems like replacing the tubes gets shorter and shorter each time I have to replace them

I have purchased two different machines, G3 & G4. In one year the G4 needed replaced. The G4 had to be replaced 4 times in less then 10 months, once the G4 stopped working while in Hawaii and couldn't get one to replace it before I flew home. Then it started work on the flight, to stop again a day after I got home. The service department was helpful and suggested numerous solutions, some worked didn't. Some meeages that appeared on the screen wasn't even mentioned in manuals.

I've traveled with the portable inogen and have had no problem getting thru security (Checkpoints) and have had no problems traveling. I hope they reduce thew weight on the newer ones

I like the freedom that the Inogen gives me. The first time I used it it was to go on a 2 week trip to Europe. I have had to use it during the night while I slept and it was great. I have one major complaint and that is the Inogen is advertised as weighing 2.8 pounds they for get to mention that after you attach the Battery it weights almost 5 pounds. It becomes hard on one’s shoulder especially if someone has a shoulder injury.

Inogen One has simplified my life. It is lightweight and easy to take with me whether shopping locally or traveling long distance.

Product does not work consistently. Sales person non responsive. Customer service average at best. With a product that consistently fails, these are elements of disaster!

Love my portable g4.. Took it to hawaii, excellent to travel with! The best part of owning one is the customer service, help is only a phone call away even in Hawaii! It's a real pleasure doing business with them, they do everything they can to help you.
