Getting a new battery replacement is a joke. Our life depends on you.

My home unit works well, but it is very noisy. the portable unit is light and easy to use. the batteries only last two hours and then need to be recharged. There are other units that last up to nine and ten hours.

Excellent product. I have used my Inogen now for about 13 months and have had no problems.

Replace Unit I had problems with the base. The initial problem occurred "late" Saturday evening. I used the 800 number to see if there were other actions I could take to keep it going as I am on oxygen 24/7. The gentleman talked me through a scenario; but he advised me that he would put in a request to replace the unit stat on Monday. I had to follow-up myself early on Monday due to the fact that the unit itself was now shutting down. This particular agent got it together to have a unit shipped via Parcel Post via air, and the replacement would arrive the next day. These two gentlemen were very understanding of the urgency of the need for the unit to be replaced. I had run into problems that Monday afternoon due to no oxygen. My pulmonologist's office was able to contact a local supplier and I had a concentrator delivered to my home by 6:30 p.m.

The inorge,n is compact and light weight, but the batteries do not last the full two hours I purchased three Batteries, because the double one makes the machine heavier and takes longer to charge, I would like to purchase s charger when they go on sale

I love my G3 portable. It gets a little heavy though. But I have so many people ask me about it. I always tell them I love mine. I’ll be glad when the G4 is covered by Medicare. I have had this one almost 2 years. Thanks

At best your product does well locally but seems to know when i sm going out of town At a hot july 26 concert in Nationals ball pak The system failed as we arrived i was left with nothing. It was totally usless it was suposed to arrive saturday and did not get to me untill monday july30 The 10th of Oct. i had three system failures I was just able to get a replacemrnt on tne last Plane out of texas. Had it not arrived i would of missef a 12 day Cruise ttsvel. I could have beennon the ship for 11 days if it broke down the firet day I could of got help was day four I need a back susten

I bought my InogenOne system on November 2015. I really recommend this company, their service, products, staff, and Marti Bender, their Senior Customer Development Representative, to anyone. I have traveled via different airlines to different states, Europe, and the Caribbean with my InogenOne with no problems.
