Since I bought the Inogen 4, I have had the concentrator replaced twice due to system errors. I have had the battery replaced twice. All of this in less than one year. Am somewhat disappointed to say the least, that an item that cost almost $3,000 has had so many problems. Inogen has been good about replacing the bad items, but the quality of their product has me concerned. I am concerned about future failures with the Inogen or the batteries. The concentrator is life time quarantee, however, the batteries are not and are quite expensive. Shop around before making your decison to buy an Inogen.

I made contact with a sales rep who understood my needs and explained what I needed to order. He processed my order quickly and easily. It was followed up by Fed Ex and delivery came off without a hitch and I had my new batteries in 2 days. The only problem I had was the price. I felt they had really escalated in price and were becoming too expensive for many people who struggle to afford the machine itself. I wonder what profit the mfg. is claiming??

My wife has used Inogen One for 14 months without any difficulty.

Bought unit Jan 2018, and have replaced the coulumns twice. Are replacements coulumns refurbished?

Light weight, portable. CAN plug into car lighter,4 hour charge,reponsive custoer service. It gets hot too easily.

As advertised offering freedom from being tethered to a tank. Would have liked better info on charging only while battery installed on unit unlesd you purchase the proprietary charger unit. Freedom stops if you dont have an additional battery ready

Have had the Inogen One G4 since June, 2017 and I love it.
