Haven't used it enough to give a true evaluation. It will get a true test this weekend. So far it has performed as advertised.

Parts that recharge batteries, they wanted $150. Found at Walmart same thing for $50.00.

I have had my Inogen since 2014 and I am pleased with this little portable unit.Recently I went to my dental appt. and it sits on the floor out of the way, as compared to the large tanks one sees. I wish I could afford the outside battery charger, they are wonderful. As a matter of fact I introducepe od this little machine to a lady who lived where I do and it made her life so much easier, no clumsy tanks, to travel with. She was also happy with hers. I have had one issue that was a bit difficult to solve and that was getting the right filters to fit my Inogen, and we managed that too. We have replaced some type of tubes when the machine stated it was time. Can't complain about that,you don't have to guess, it tells you. I highly recommend this product. Susan

There is not enough room or time to write a dissertation on the multiple issues with Inogen's customer service. Make sure that you keep ALL of your paperwork including your lifetime warranty if you purchase one. Call back requests are rarely returned, sometimes never. Make sure that you discuss with your doctor if there maybe a possibility that you may need more than 3L of on-demand (pulse) oxygen in the future as the light weight version of the product does not deliver more than 3L. Also, if you travel by plane you will need a double battery. If you travel overseas or to Australia as an example you will need multiple double batteries, based on your flow rate, or the airline will not allow you to fly.

Inogen has made my life much easier. I can leave my house and not worry that I'm going to run out of oxygen in a couple of hours. I can relax and enjoy my outing because of it.

Takes forever to come on. It gets hot after about 2 hours.

I love being able to stay gone from home several hours without having to carry extra canisters of oxygen and changing them every hour. The light weight is great.
