Only getting about 2 hrs. use on full charge @ setting 1, less time on higher setting.

It is definitely better than carrying the tubes around. It keeps telling me on occasion to replace towers but then goes away. Your replacement parts are very expensive so I certainly hope these parts do not need replacing so soon as I have not had it that long. I have been using it quite often and will be using it more often as I work during tax season. Should I order parts and keep them on hand since I would need them immediately or is there a shop nearby to take for repairs. I am not sorry I purchased this unit and would recommend it to anyone. Batteries do not last long enough on 2 or 3 so when I go to work I am going to have to order more batteries and also other supplies so I have them on hand. Also runs hot quite often. I have Inogen One G4 other than that it is fine but I was never offered a warranty didn't know you had one

I have been an Inogen customer now for almost 5 years, have recommended Inogen to friends and family. It is a great product and I would not want to do without it.

My machine developed some problems. I had taken the warranty and when I called about fixing my problem, I was gratefully told that the machine would be replaced. I called on a Friday at 1 pm and the new machine arrived at 11 am on Saturday. The UPS delivery person waited for me to put my old machine in the packing box and took it with him. I was completely impressed about the service and courtesy of everyone involved. I would recommend your machine to anyone who needs it.

My inogen made taking a flight so easy Use it around town now too. Great! Little plastic door on back cracked ; Inogen sent me a new one!

Made our first trip with the Inogen! So much easier than the old big machine we used to carry. Love the small size and weight.
