It is so much lighter for me to handle and with the two batteries i have a long time to shop. The only thing I would like is for the batter to charge out side of the unit. Karen D.

I have had a inogen one for about five years and had 5 machines. I like what it does . and service is fair make sure you get a good warranty

My husband used the Inogen oxygen for about 3 months before he died. It was very helpful for him, as the tanks of oxygen were very short-lived and needed to be refilled within an hour's use. The Inogen allowed him several hours (like 5-6) to leave the house and also the adapters were easy to travel with for taking with us in the car, when the machine needed to be refilled. Overall, at the time he used it (3-1/2 years ago), it was a life-saving investment. And we were grateful to have the machine.

Difficult in getting supplies

I have had my Inogen for 3 1/2 years now. I never run out of oxygen. It is light weight, so is easy to get in and out of a vehicle. Easy to get in and out of a grocery cart. No more back straining with the tanks, never have to worry about running out of oxygen like you do the tanks. Yes they are spendy, but we'll worth it. If you have troubles with your Inogen the company works with you. Just remember UPS does not work on Sundays.

I have been very pleased with my Inogen 4 and the service received.

Have small one. Prefer to carry, not shoulder straps. Strong enough? Yet backpack so over engineered I can’t use. Also snaps straps to machine really cheap and weak. Have engineers ever tried using machine? Not real life. Machine ok, except failed once. Straps also. What happens when warranty is over?
