I'm only on 2l and the batteries don't last as long as advertised . I do love it. It is so convenient and light. Just bring extra batteries at all times.

I take mine everywhere, I have a big battery and it lasts 9 hours on 2. I am interested in knowing more about the glasses and the Inogen 4. I never go anywhere that several people ask me about my portable. I do have a cart I use when walking a lot. This is a great company

It is too heavy to wear comfortably and awkward when you are on a walker. I wish when I bought this unit you would have told me you were coming out with a new, smaller, lighter unit not long after.

I'd be house bound if it was not for Inogen.

It’s a great machine. I carry it with me wherever I go. It can recharge in the car or home with their accessories. Depending on how much oxygen you need is the one you should purchase. Of course discuss this with your Doctor first. I am presently at # 4 setting on mine. I also purchased an extra battery case and charging devices for both cars as well as my home. Also the nice heavy duty carry case. I highly recommend any of their units. They are so much better than the heavy, bulky tanks. Very easy to use and set up. Get one you will love it. It makes life and breathing easier. It’s well worth the money.

I hate reviews. Yours is a good example of why. What am I rating? The various Inogen products my wife and I have used? The dozens and dozens of phone calls over the years? Some were good, some were terrible. The problems we had returning the products when my wife died? One went great, one took weeks and many phone calls. You are nuts if you think I kept track of all the calls and rated each one. If I came up with a 3.764 Rating, how would you know what to improve and what was okay? Fortunately, your products, in general, are better than this survey! Finally, you addressed this survey to "ANN M". That's my wife. She died September 20, 2018. I'm her husband and I legally speak for her because she could not speak for the past 18 years. Update your records: DOD 9/20/18.
