After carting around a small oxygen tank for 5 years, I am enjoying my Inogen. Smaller, lighter and not so medically looking. Very convienient to be able to plug into our car and boat giving me more freedom. Anxious to again be able to travel by plane.

This is my second unit and I find it is still getting hot I clean the filter twice per week and no items blocking the flow of air

My smaller Inogen takes 1 1'2 minutes to produce oxygen. That is unacceptable. You did send me a new one, but it acts the same. As I use oxygen sparingly, when I need it, I need it now, So I have to depend on the larger one that gives me oxygen instantly when turned on. I feel I threw $2700,00 out the window.

I love my Inogen unit. I am a small older female and I appreciate the fact that it is fairly light weight. I wish The cost would have been less as it was a burden for me to buy it. But that being said it is worth it.

I purchased the Inogen One G3 with two extended life batteries and have never regretted my purchase. Medicare pays for my portable oxygen bottles but I got tired of having to constantly check how much time I had remaining on them and worrying about running out of oxygen. I also had to plan more carefully what activities I could do and places I could go and how many extra bottles I may need to carry. I decided to purchase the Inogen system so that I had more freedom! I have up to 8 hours on each battery plus I can plug the system into my cars DC plug and not have to worry about the charge on my battery. I can also use the system as a home unit when traveling and it is also accepted on airplanes and cruise ships. I would recommend anyone that wishes to be free of bottles or other battery operated systems supplied by Medicare to invest in one of the Inogen systems. You will not regret the investment.

We bought the Inogen Home and G4 6 months ago and we are very happy with it. Much easier to move around and to travel with this equipment. We highly recommend it.

I feel a bit safer now with Inogen plus a backup battery to take car trips !
