Medicare has covered my use of the Inogen one G3 portable unit as well as the in home Concentrators. Over the past 3 + years, I have had to have each unit replaced once. Inogen took immediate action to replace them in a timely manner and has provided hoses and cannula whenever needed and ordered.

I’m machine gets very hot And so does the batteries sometimes it stops and you can’t put the machine back on and has to wait a while

I have used the Inogen for three years now. It has never failed me except when I dropped it and broke some of the plastic inside. I was immediately sent another one and Whenever I need hoses or cannulas, they are sent really fast. My black holder for the Inogen is wearing out and I wonder if it can be replaced. I would and have offered information about my Inogen and would appreciate some cards or something to give out to these people. Carole Wise

Love it for traveling. Been to Florida, Atlantic city. Planning more trips for the. Spring. I travel by bus tour and they have plugs on the bus so I never have to worry about oxygen. When shopping I need a three sometimes.
