there is no Inogen service close to my area for checkup or repair of units. Luckily a call to the central office takes care of problems asap. there was a code problem with my previous Home unit and a new one was sent and received in a few days. This new or rebuilt unit makes much more noise than the original unit. Could that be a problem with the replacement?

I have had good luck with the unit. Have only used the travel unit at this point. Do not care for the black carry bag as it is off balance and no where to tuck in the tubing. Why do you show the white bag and then send the black bag?

I have had by Inogen G2 now for approximately 4 years. It has enabled me to travel from the Midwest to California 2 or 3 times a year by airplane. Without this I wouldn't have been able to fly. The unit goes up to a flow rate of 6 but normally I get by at a rate of 4 to 5 while flying. I also can easily use the unit at my destination during the day. I have a couple of extra batteries but sometimes get by without having the change batteries as I keep it plugged in at the airport and more and more planes on American now have regular electrical outlets allowing me to charge in flight.
