I have been with inogen for 5 years. always received good service. I cant be without oxygen . My concentrator runs 24 hrs. unless i am out and then i use the portable. The only complaint is the batteries dont last as long as advertised.

I HAVE BEEN USING INOGEN FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW, and I have been satisfied with the product and the services I have received. The only complaint if I had to have one is , is that for me sometimes it feels heavy. So, to compensate, I will have someone carry it for me or put it in my walker. Then I am good to go!!

Have been very satiafiedmin all areas. I rent vis Medicare and have had to have the home unit, Inogen One unit and power supply for the Inogen One replaced during the last year. The company response to all three problems was prompt and professional. Supply deliveries have been prompt and timely also.

I can go when I want to and do not have to wait for oxygen delivers. I never could tell how long the oxygen lasted when using tanks. Traveling out of town with the Imogen is great as I do not have to make arrangements for oxygen at my destination.

Only two reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars. They are the weight of the unit and the pulsing instead of a steady flow of air.
