Sometimes wait times have been long on phone calls. But really, for a nice oxygen machine we have had mulitiple problems with accessories -- and even with the machine itself but just because the part of the machine that allows a holding strap to connect broke off. These types of things should not happen with an expensive machine. We also had a battery stop workiing even though the first person we spoke with on the phone told us that wasn't possible.

The product is excellent and it arrived as expected and on time.

I have been very happy with Inogen. I have a floor concentrater and a portable small tank that I can carry on my shoulder when I am at work, food shopping etc. It is a blessing in so many ways. I have had them for quite a few years and I am so pleased. They have help in so many ways with my breathing problems.

Portable unit quite heavy. Told my rep I needed a unit for travel to Texas and Overseas as well as using it along with my Bi pap machine, come to find out that it will not work! It's ok although heavy for portable use. Especially with the units I've recently.

Great machine. Sometimes very difficult to talk to representative from company. Tried to purchase replacement filters. No one seemed to know how to fill our request.

have had no problems that were no addressed immediately. Very pleased with oxygen equipment. Portable unit is great.

I LIKE THE INDEPENDENCE IT GIVES ME. BUT THE CARRYING ONE IS TOO HEAVY AND CUMBERSOME. I HAVE A BACK THAT IS BAD AND IT IS HARD FOR ME TO CARRY IT. I WOULD CONSIDER A SMALLER ONE BUT I WAS WONDERING IF YOU WORK WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS ON MAYBE A TRADE IN PRICE ON A NEW SMALLER ONE. PLEASE LET US KNOW AT MY E-MAIL ADDRESS OR CALL US AT 715-561-3803.
