Yes, concentrator and portable are great. Only one complaint: Over the last three years I have called Inogen twice, once when my portable went dead. The only number I have is on a sticker on my concentrator. It says For Emergency. With the lengthy on-hold time, this is obviously not an “emergency” number. Please provide two numbers, including one that actually connects to a person. I worry when traveling. If there is a malfunction, all can be disrupted.

This is a very well built and tough little air concentrator, Have only 2 complaints with the unit, first auto shout off fore charging quit working, and second, batteries, extra charger way to expensive!!!!!

The G4 is great, so light weight and quiet you feel free to go anywhere.

inogen has changed my life. i never have to hurry because im not going to run out of oxgen, Iuse my inogen every day. for traveling. always an endless supply of oxegen

My wife has used her oxygen one g3 for more than 5 years now. In fact we have also purchased another ingogen one g3 so we will always have an emergency. Neither one has had any problems other than a set of filters for 1 g3. Excellent oxygen life saver. No more oxygen bottles for us. The only problem I can offer is that battery replacement is quit expensive.

We don't communicate much so can't say much one way or the other. There was one time months (maybe 5-6) months ago I requested a hose that wasn't so thin over the ear area as it was hard to relax and fall asleep hearing the oxygen swooshing thru. I must have extra sensitive hearing (even tho I have trouble hearing TV etc) as apparently I'm pretty much alone in this complaint. I was told they would have 2b special ordered and would take extra time. I'm still waiting with Band-Aid and tape used as a sound barrier. Works 4 a little while then tends 2 move around, come undone and become uncomfortable, but, still better than the ocean rushing over my ear. ( I am exaggerating a bit, of course, about the ocean only tho lol)
