I have used oxygen for a number of years at this 6500 altitude. For whatever reason, Medicare refused to pay for my night time oxygen with my c-pap although they would provide tanks for daytime. I have osteoporosis so the tanks are too heavy. I put up with this for three months and my oxygen level fell to a consistent 79. That was when I decided to buy my own. I have the small concentrator and the Imegen 1 with one large battery and one small. I was soon back to normal. I recently had major surgery and they have been a blessing.. Thank You

Ordered a part. Wrong part sent. On the third try the part finally was picked up for credit.

Only hope you can come out with one that can deliver continuous flow. Am happy with my unit.

Honestly, until this last experience I have had a great experience with Inogen. This last though,not so much. Home concentrator stopped working in the early hours of a Saturday and they wanted me to wait until Monday for a replacement using my portable. Unfortunately, this does not meet my needs for sleeping, or really for any exertion (I used to have one that went to 5 liters but was changed to one at 4 upon re certifying). After two more calls and a request for a supervisor, they agreed to send one overnight.I actually received same day-that evening. Good news!! BUT the new equipment is inferior to the previous, with diminished settings. Feel like company is going down hill. Or, that as a Medicare patient, equipment issued is not as good.

Portable units are very convenient but I wonder why the one I own goes up to 5 lpm but the one I have covered by Medicare only goes to 4 liters per minute.

Amazing product!

Inogen equipment is a reliable oxygen source for those of us that need it and is much easier to use and maintain than any other oxygen supplier that I have ever used in the past. We would recommend it to our friends and family. Good to work with as well. A R Jines
