Very Good!!!

I love it! It is so light I could carry it around with one finger, if I chose to do so. It is much quieter than the older model as well. I am very happy with Inogen as well as with Robert Vela. If there is a problem it is handled immediately!

Having my Inogen One has given me much more freedom to be active. I use it often when I have appointments, social activities, and church. I must have oxygen when walking or exercising. Many people have asked me how I got this machine. I tell them exactly how to get one. Now I see some of them with their Inogen One and they tell me how much they are enjoying having one. The only drawback is this was not covered by insurance, Therefore, many people cannot afford to buy this and the batteries, etc.

I have been using Inogen for three years now, ever since my last bout of pneumonia in October in 2014. While I was in the hospital I met my Pulmonologist Dr. El-Harakeh. The hospital sent an oxygen company to my house who delivered a concentrator and bottles of oxygen for when I needed to go to doctor appointments. When I first saw Dr. El-Harakeh he sent them a prescription for a new oxygen concentrator and a portable concentrator for when I needed to leave the house. The Inogen Company has been wonderful to deal with and sending me supplies quickly when I ordered them. This company has never let me down and has always been there just a phone call away whenever I needed help. Inogen is by far the best oxygen company out there.

When I call,my call is usually answered quickly. The technician that helps me, for the most part,is knowledgeable and helps me fix the problem or orders me a replacement machine.

I find the use of my Inogen oxygen machine to be very helpful.
