Excellent customer service from the beginning. We got the correct item for my Mother to allow her more mobility away from the nursing home. We received follow up phone calls several times to ensure we continued to be happy with the product. I also appreciated the ability to speak with the same person on every communication. He knew our needs and showed empathy to get the proper items.

I have the G4 machine, and it is great! In fact, everyone wants to borrow it from me. My Inogen is completely user friendly, and so much easier than dragging oxygen tanks around, especially when traveling. I highly recommend the Inogen system to anyone needing a portable oxygen concentrator.
