The weigh and the time is the only thing that I have holding me back. This is so much easier to use then the tanks on wheels. Thank you for making this. I do wish I could get a back pack for my unit. That would help the weigh problem.

I am disappointed that your new light weight is only available for sale and not covered by insurance

The unit has given me a great deal of freedom away from my home and without carrying or dragging heavy cylinders. While traveling I am able to plug the unit in the cigarette lighter port which continually keeps a charge on the battery. The 2 hr. battery is for shorter outing than the 4 hr. battery. I carry the unit in a fanny pack as opposed to the shoulder pack. I haven't had to replace the batteries but I'm sure they are available when that become necessary. One of the best investments I've made in my senior years.

not enough information about product. also the cannulas coming out of the top of the unit seems to kink.

Batteries don't last long enough. Supplies to expensive.
