my fiance just loves his machines. Very light and easy to use.

I am very upset with Inogen because, I ordered their oxygen generator for my husband who I thought he would be home from nursing home. He died on December 10, 2018. I called Inogen periodically during his illness to say he was not doing well. They would not take it back even though ALL packages were not opened and are still not opened sitting on my shelf gathering dust. My credit card used for payment is still holding purchase price as not paid for yet! I received NO help with my circumstances being nothing I could have controlled. I wanted to return to them for a credit to my card and they refused to help me. I am so betrayed by INOGEN Oxygen and do not want it to gather dust and waste the money I could use for other things being I am a widow now.

My husband Walter Baldwin died October 22, 2018. I called Inogen and asked for the boxes and return labels to be sent to me at my home at 460 w 24rh st apt 12F. New York NY 10011. A very nice lady Ms. Angela Scott sent me the labels and was suposed to send me the boxes for the inoge 1 home and inogen 3 portable.. the boxes only arrived weeks later. I had to call many times to get then and was never able to talk to Ms. Scott again. Never the same person. Then 3 sets of boxes arrived. I sent the two Inogens back. I know they arrived. To my surprise I received a bill for $91 withot an explanation of what it was for. I know you received the boxes on November 26. So, Inogen, ehat is going on? Marilene Baldwin Wife of Walter Baldwin

The fact that there is no local repair was a problem for me.

This is a nice unit however lifespan is 18 months to 2 years when you need service there is no customer service we have tried for two solid days it's not like replacing a cell phone or a pair of shoes when you need your oxygen and you need customer service it's a sad shame you can't even get a return phone call.😢

Two days ago I talked with your Customer Service Representative Donna. She did a fantastic job taking care of my problem. I agreed to take your 30 second survey after our phone conversation and I misunderstood the directions relating to the rating value 1 to 5. Unfortunately I gave Donna a 1 rating when it should have a 5 rating across the board. Sorry.

After a 26 hour flight and two 3 hour layovers, I spent 6 weeks in Thailand on vacation, with my Imogen one G4 and 5 double batteries running 24/7. The only problem was reduced battery time due to the temperatures being above 90 most of the time. Gorman Turner statue.
