Regrettably I have a severe eye sight problem. The controls and digital displays were not designed with elderly eye sight problems. Better “touch” recognition would be a help for the controls and audible response for settings and especially for alerts would be most helpful.

The company makes it easy to get what you need fast and works with your doctor's office. The product is solid and customer service is superior. Make sure you understand the details regarding continuous flow and flow that pulses. Pulses cannot be used with CPAP. Write all your questions down and they will let you know the answers.

Disappointed you came out with new Inogen that is good for 13 hrs l would have purchased the new 13 hr.

This unit is just o. k. Unfortunately, to begin with, it is vastly overpriced for what it is supposed to do. The batteries only last about an hour on a setting of 4, which is where my Dr. wants me at. In your ads, you state that Medicare would probably pay for 80% of the price. I submitted a claim. It was rejected because they said it was not covered, so your claim doesn't hold water and I am stuck with a $2000.00 shoulder weight. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do at this point to remedy my situation. Also, your parts and accessories are way too expensive for the average person that can get no assistance from Medicare.

It’s heavier than I like but since I needed higher liters my representative thought I should have the larger unit. We did get the small battery which helps if we don’t need extended time.
