I recently purchased a new unit with extra battery for my father. He used it three times and unfortunately he passed away three weeks ago. I called customer service to see if they would take it as a return at a lesser value than what I paid. They told me they don’t take returns and referred me to an outside company that does. They offered $700 for it which I paid $2700.00.

It’s so heavy for me to carry!!

I am on continual oxygen day and night. I do not use the Inogen at night due to mouth breathing at times. So, at night I use my oxygen concentrator. I purchased the Inogen because it is easier to go to doctor appointments with this as compared to bringing two large heavy oxygen tanks. I was also thinking it will be easier during hurricane season - easier to evacuate and easier when the electricity goes off.

I like my p.c. very much. Over bought ,don't need extra charger unit.would like to send back for refune on it Thank you Gloria

I love the unit except it is heavier than I thought it would be.

Have Inogen oxygen have make my life so stress free and help lift the load off of have a oxygen at your finger tip whenever you need it. It make travel so easy for me seem that I travel overseas a lot. Thank you Inogen oxygen.

Clips on the strap seem a little flimsy. I am always worried they will come unclipped.

the customer service rep made this experience easy, non-stressful and user friendly. Two weeks after getting our inogen the unit was making a horrible noise, I called CS the rep quickly assured me this would be handled with in 24 hours. Not only was this true but I had to do nothing but call, wait for UPS, switch out the units and resume usage. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs oxygen support.
