Exellent unit - easy to carry, no problems.

this unit works well. with the larger battery pack its is heavy but I can manage. you need a different carrier rather than a shoulder strap. something like a back pack that ill allow the unit to still draw air in for conversion to O2.

I love my Inogen and feel secure having it with me just in case I need oxygen. It works great for me all night and sheds very little light.

Good unit.....the tubing tends to pinch off at connection,even using the Velcro strap....could use a firmer plastic at the connection to before the tubing keeps pinching off and set alarm off.we usually turn alarm off when in a public place....poor engineering ....

I Have Only Had My Inogen one For A Few Months Am Totally Good With It . Have More Freedom o Move Around The Neighborhood And m Confident That I Have enough Oxygen. Very Pleased With The Inogen One g4....

I bought this product for my mom she is 74. She has COPD and she is on oxygen all the time. This is a great unit for her because its much lighter than the old portable tanks she had. She feels the machine is easy to use and she feels more free to go anytime she wants to go! I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs a portable oxygen machine. Brenda

The machine is heavier to carry with the 8 hour battery than I expected it to weigh. That is a huge negative. Also the batteries lose charge when not in use and when I reached out to a representative, she said to recharge them weekly to keep them healthy as the are lithium batteries. Also another chore that I didn’t expect. On the positive side, the machine does work well when in use. The representative who we worked with when we purchased the machine was also very helpful.
