I have had my Inogen for almost two months and have been very pleased with it to date. It's so much smaller and considerably less cumbersome than the one furnished by Medicare. I Have been approached several times about the unit and have always given a good report. One of my Inogen batteries is only lasting about 4 hours rather than the 4 1/2 - 5 as the warranty indicates, so I may be returning it for a replacement. Was also very pleased with my Sales Rep - Tina.

I received my unit in December and so far, so good. It is lightweight and quiet. I don’t need it all the time, only on those days when I’m feeling short of breath, but it’s easy to take with me just in case. I also bought the backpack but haven’t used it because I didn’t realize it was full size. Way to big for what I needed so bought another from an after market manufacturer.

Great system, I don’t know how I could take my mom out without it.

My machine is louder than I thought it would be; And the 8 hour battery really only lasts around 4-5 hours.... It would be nice if the bag had small pouches to put your ID, insurance card or what ever....Trying to handle the bag and a handbag, no matter if its small, medium or large, is quite cumbersome....

I got the Inogen Oxygen for my sister Linda K. She only used it for 2 months and pass away. So now I have this Ingen Oxygen machine that is still new and can do nothing with it. She only used it 2 times in 2 months please tell me if you can help with this matter. Thank you

All in all, I love my Inogen. It is very lightweight compared to the AirSep I had before. I use the 3 setting so the battery life isn’t as long as I would like but with the double battery I get close to 3 hours. I think for the money it costs, the carrier bag could be nicer.

THE NEW INOGEN IS A TREASURE. SO MUCH LIGHTER THAN MY OLD G3. I SELDOM USED EITHER ONE OR FOUR SETTINGS FOR THE FLOW SO THIS IS PERFECT. CONGRATULATIONS ON THIS UPGRADED PRODUCT.
