I wish the unit had a higher output but, overall, I am somewhat satisfied with it at this time. I have had three warranty claims that were handled properly. Beside the fact that I have had three problems in the first year of use, I have a complaint that deals with the most recent problem which necessitated replacement of the unit. I offered to pay the difference to upgrade to the new higher output unit and was told this was not possible as you do not accept "trade ins" even though you were sending me a new, replacement unit.

i purchased both the At Home Concentrator and the portable G4 system recently. I have a genetic emphysema: Alpha-1 Anti-Trypsin Deficiency. I only need nighttime oxygen and the At Home was the replace the clunky, noisy, heavy, large unit that Medicare provided. The At Home Concentrator is small, light, and so much quieter. (And I don't have to deal with Apria anymore!) What a difference! The G4 is for my exercise classes and hiking uphill. It has made my life much easier. And I can use it on a plane and for traveling. Hooray! I so appreciated your terrific sales rep Ian Porter and the ongoing support I received from him. Give that man a raise!

I have had my unit for roughly a year now and I love it. I have had many inquires about it. It is wonderful for travelling with. Thank you Inogen.

I am pleased with the unit.

Have had to have my machine replaced 2 times since I bought it. Scares me to think my 1 year warranty is about up. What happens then. I don't use my machine much because I don't get out very often so it worries me that I had trouble before.

We have a at Home Oxygen Concentrator which the wife uses 24/7. If the power goes off then comes back on the concentrator does not come back on automatic, it must be manually turned back on. Say we are asleep around 1:30 - 2:00 am in the morning and do not know the power went off. She is with-out oxygen. Do you have a suggestion as what to do in this case?

I love my G5. It gives me the freedom to go any time any where
