My unit is not quiet as some claim nor is it light weight. That said, it does allow me to participate in a variety of activities since I have a battery which lasts, not 13 hours as claimed, but about 6 on setting 3. Changing a battery is relatively easy. I use several methods for recharging, depending on my situation and needs. I have added a carrying case which makes it easier to manage plus I carry it in my 3 wheeled rollator for more portability. Though several claims are not my experience, I'm glad I purchased it.

I truly enjoy the portability of this unit. It is light enough that I carry it in a mesh backpack and can be at work doing my normal activities. I get so many people who stop me and ask about my Inogen and I always tell them how much I love my unit and the independence it has afforded me.

ease of use and accessibility is worth the cost associated with The Gen 3 and the Gen 5 : I have and use both. The Gen 5 is smaller and more compact and seems to do the same job as the Gen 3. I use the Gen 3 more than the 5 because I have had it longer.

Overall my wife and I are happy with our Inogen oxygen concentrator. Once on a while the alarm goes off, indicating that there is a blockage in the cannula or that the cannula is not properly inserted in the nose. Often, we cannot see the issue that made it stop, but can usually get it working again quickly. This is annoying at times during the night. Other than that, we only wish that some more weight could be shaved off of the G4 unit, as it is still uncomfortable being carried on the shoulder. But we love the small size of the G4.

I'm very satisfied with my Inogen. When I need it's ready I was recency release from hospital after having influenza A. I'm now using oxygen and when I need a backup I know that I can depend on my G4. Paul C

When it works it's great. There are times when I swap the batteries the swapped battery doesn't make contact with the unit. So the unit doesn't run.

My life without an Inogen POC would not be a quality life. It's hard enough to travel with other disability items, but the Inogen One G5 makes my life so much better.

My Inogen 1 G4 makes noise. Not quite as advertised. I've had it since July 2019, and it's heavier than advertised. It is convenient and allows me freedom to get around.
