it's a life saver!!!

My unit worked wonderfully for 10 months, then stopped "pumping" The new one Inogen shipped is working perfectly!

One of the worst decisions of my life was purchasing this unit.It is way too heavy for a person who is already laboring to breathe, it cant be used at less than 41 degrees (I live in NY anyone thinking C..41 degrees is a three or four month average temperature) You cant use it in rain and my oxygen levels drop to low levels when I do use it.The strap constantly slips off my shoulder when Im walking. I guess if you are a person who is confined indoors and sitting it might be ok. But certainly not for me. I would discourage anyone thinking of purchasing this.

Since I received my Inogen oxygen compressor, my whole oxygen support has improved! The unit itself is easier to carry and operate. The battery indicator display, the L/minute and alarm are easily readable. Plus it's compact design makes for a comfortable, manageable carry option. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone, and I have!

They are great. We had a problem with our Inogen G5. Called customer service. They had us try a few possible fixes. None worked so they immediately shipped a new machine to us. We are extremely happy we purchased an Inogen!

My only problem is with the shoulder strap. Not tacky enough to keep from slipping off my shoulder. Otherwise this has been a lifesaver!!!!

batteries do not hold charge.

Went through 3battries would not hold charge after night than you sent me a new unit it would not turn on than you sent the 3rd one it still drains unless I remove battery from unit than some Lady called and said she would send a new battery for all the trouble that I had well it's been over a month and no battery I called and no body could find out about free battery so just one more lie about service I would like to take a hammer to it and send pieces back to you will tell everyone about the lousy service that I recived
