Compared to toting oxygen cylinders around that only last maybe an hour if your sitting down and doing nothing, the Inogen unit is a pleasure to have. I have an Inogen One G3 for 17 months and the only thing I could complain about is that there is no continuous flow setting. I require a ventilator at night which will not run with oxygen connected to a pulse machine, it requires a continuous flow of oxygen. Most people do not require this. But with that said, it is a great machine. I have never had a problem with it.

The unit works but I don’t like the weight with a double battery and I don’t like how hot it runs. I set it down to get it away from the heat.

I have a unit that I can|t use.The carring case is not like the one shown in you adds. It will not hold the unit straight, and the belt clip wioll not hold the unit. This is a porely designed unit . I was told you do not make the carrting case for the Inogen one that is shown in your adds.and I had to get the waist belt. This is not what I want and it is still in the package wrapped up.I cannot say any thing good about this unit. I just WASTED a lot of money on some thing unusable. J.Rubino

The associates that I talked to we so nice and professional. They answered all my questions and then some. When there was a problem they handled it swiftly without any interruptions to my life. I would recommend that people invest in this product if at all possible. You never have to leave you house to get help.

Requested a car chsrger over 8 days ago as instructed called customer service n have yet to receive it. Imperative as we are over 2 hr drive from Methodist in San Anyonio Tx where my brother, Albert Morales is treated n nothing received yet. The unit Inogen 5 and I don't feel like I get the right amount of oxygen I get isn't right. I also purchased the bag to carry the unit in that inogen recommended and it appears to get the unit hot
