Very happy with my unit. I wish it was a little lighter, but it is fairly easy to carry around with my backpack. The double battery makes it feel heavier. The service is stupendous! Makes life easier.

I purchased the indogen 4 no.5 in January 2020. I abousoluty love my machine. Lightweight and battery last 5 hours as I was told.I purchased 2 more single batteries instead of the double to keep my machine light and I am happy I did. I can enjoy 15 hours. It has allowed me to enjoy summer days on the lake with my children and grandchildren, making memories that I hope they remember. Looking forward to traveling by air when the virus lets me.

I am very satisfied with this machine. I got to go on vacation with my family and get a good night sleep using the Inogen unit.

I purchased the G4 Inogen and for the price I wish a battery charger would have been included rather than have to make an additional purchase from Inogen for a substantial fee. My order came with 2 batteries - the single battery and the double. If one battery is low, I switch to the other but the battery that needs to be recharged has to sit there until bedtime when I can charge it overnight, leaving the other battery only partially charged. It is an inconvenience to say the least. My other negative with the Inogen is that the “Bluetooth” connectivity doesn’t work although I have a brand new iPad as well as an iPhone 6 Plus and it will not connected with either. I called the help desk and after about a half hour, we had to give up. I am wondering how many Inogen users have their machines successfully connected? On the positive side, the machine is very light and it is easy to move about the home, around the yard and get to the store. It is much better than the portable machine that was provided by Medicare which I returned. Thankfully, I do have a floor concentrator to use when I have to give up the Inogen to its recharging station.

I like the Inogen. I like the battery power. The first one quit working on me and we were out of town. Thankful for the oxygen tanks that I had with me. The other one has really been doing good

My interactions with Inogen have been totally professional and personable. From the initial contact agent, who helped on several occasions with my questions, to the customer service representative who explained a couple of things on how the machine works and what it is supposed to sound like (!), I have had no cause for any reaction other than satisfaction. The machine itself has of course worked properly and naturally the more I use it, the more I understand its workings and needs for (infrequent) maintenance. This has made a most positive difference in my life and so I can say thank you to all the people who have helped with the creation and other aspects of bringing the machine to us.

It’s much lighter weight than the canisters & gives me hours more freedom to do the things I want to do. Love the charging options & being able to track everything on my iPhone. Wish I’d made the purchase sooner!
