I needed a big of oxygen sometimes so instead of renting one, I decided it was very worth the expense of buying an Inogen. It was a good decision, as I have a portable to walk with and an oxygen concentrator for home. They are both light and easy to use.

The “bag” it is supposed to fit in is impossible to use. Way too tight. I do like the machine itself. It’s fairly quiet which is nice.

The oxygen unit is very high quality. All of the connecting parts (batteries, etc. ) work perfectly. The unit is lightweight and very quiet in operation. My only suggestion for improvement would to add some type of hook on the carrying strap to coil up the extra oxygen tubing.

I was recently diagnosed with COPD. I ordered this Inogen 5 to use when we go to public places like restaurants and churches. It is handy to carry and to sit on a table (or floor) and looks like I'm carrying a purse. It really is handy to use. I got the double battery, too, so if I'm gone longer, it will give me extra time on it. Also, the car battery charger is very handy to use, if going to be gone for several hours, just plug it in before leaving, and you don't have to worry about using the battery up. I really like the Inogen.
