I really like my new Inogen concentrator for two big reasons. One, the size. It’s about half the size of the old one I had. It’s so much easier to handle when I need to move it. The second reason is because it’s so much quieter than my old one. Makes it much easier for my husband to sleep and that’s a plus for us both. I just wish you could get them paid for through Medicare. I don’t understand why they aren’t covered especially since they are so much better!

This unit does exactly what I wanted and needed it to do for me. So glad I have it.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my Mom. She was excited to receive it and feels really quite comfortable with it. She got acclimated to the features and ease of using very fast. Kelly, the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made me feel confident about the purchase I made.

Cost is too high for seniors. The ease of use compared to others is very high. the fact that insurance can't be used is a big negative.

I had a great experience ordering the new G5 concentrater on line. Angela was my sales representative and she called me back and made sure I didn’t need any questions answered after I received the unit. I would recommend Inogen.

Steve was so helpful in explaining everything about Inogen and we appreciate his follow up call. The unit was so easy to set up and use--the quick set up guide was clearly written. The size is good and possible to comfortably include with someone in a wheelchair. The dials are clear and readable and the batteries are very easy to recharge. We had to go to Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and we were there for about 7 hours. It was so wonderful to have with us during that long day.

FREEDOM & FUN i have found that the inogent has given me more freedom to go with friends & enjoy getting out of the house. It has taken a little time for me to get use to the pulse from the continuous, but it has been easier than i thought it would. Thank you & GOD BLESS
