I was very happy with Rae. She helped me through the whole process and explained everything to me so that I understand much more about the product. She kept in touch with me every step of the way. Her follow through was excellent. She is very upbeat. She made me feel confident in my choice.

I have only used it once just opened on Tuesday need more time to figure out but seems ok

You should not dictate how the public that uses your product should respond. My wife and I are past 90yrs of age. We make mistakes. We were approached by two sales people on the same day. I first thought it was two companies, it was not. We were then caught between two sales people. They were nice and helpful but the entire period of making the purchase was stressful. We are happy with the product, it functions as advertised. I hope you will ask me again at the end of the first year. Thank you for the opportunity to address your company. Best wishes, John R. For a company dedicated to providing oxygen to customers in need I find Inogen lacking. A 4 day response to replace a home concentrator is unacceptable when you depend on it 24/7. They want you to use the portable as backup but this is not optimal for everyone, most especially for sleeping. I have been with them for 6 years and in the past, their customer service and CS personnel were 5 star. Now they are disinterested and downright offensive 9 times out of 10. Bottom line, if you need oxygen thru a service provider, find one close to home who will have your back when you are in need. It IS a matter of life and breath. I have been waiting 3 days so far, and am feeling unwell thanks to a faulty concentrator. Insult to injury, it alarms every 17 minutes.

I use a walker and mount my Inogen onto the frame. It would be great to have a holder to mount on the walker.
